Meet Natalie
I am an Award Winning Sales Representative with over 10 years of experience in Residential, Luxury, Rural Residential, Farmland and Farms and Commercial Real Estate.
In my last decade as a real estate agent, I have absolutely loved helping clients with my experience and expertise in one of the most important transactions of their life, their home. I am passionate about homes, from something as simple as brainstorming the best layout of a space to more complicated tasks such as full renovations and remodels. Imagination and creativity is indispensable.
Other than houses, you will find me in the barn. Horses are my absolute passion. I have been an avid rider and competitor since the age of seven and my devotion to the sport has taken me up and down the East Coast (and Calgary!) competing. I’ve spent years competing internationally at the upper levels of the equestrian sport of Eventing with with multiple horses. My current equine partner Milo (Air Milo) has taken me to jumping 1.35m Grand Prix’s in the sport of Show Jumping. My current partners are Milo, Carl and Knox (fondly known as Knox Knox).
In the words of Ronald Reagan, “There is something about the back of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.”
My achievements in equestrian sport have taken daily commitment, perseverance and determination with has been integral in my real estate career.
I have always been a keen reader and lover of literature. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in English from York University. This has been key to my success in sales as I have excellent reading comprehension, pay great attention to detail and can write under pressure. In the past few years, my favourite genre has shifted to fantasy but to my husbands dismay I still have not read Lord of the Rings.
I am also a mom to the most beautiful daughter after five rounds of IVF. My tumultuous journey to motherhood was character building to say the least but I am so fortunate to be a parent and it has definitely shaped who I am as a person.
When I’m not working, riding, reading or chasing after my toddler, with what minimal spare time I have you can hopefully find me snowboarding, walking my black lab, painting watercolours or gardening.
